You Googled it.
You got fourteen different answers.

What you actually need is an expert. Right now. Not next Thursday.

You're exhausted. You don't need a 45-minute appointment in three weeks. You don't need another forum thread. You need someone who knows, who answers you personally, with your baby's specific situation, in the app that's already open on your phone.

For £12 a month, a certified IBCLC answers your questions personally inside a WhatsApp group of mums going through the same thing. Ask her anything. She answers with everything that question deserves.

April intake closes April 30th. Limited spots.

What you get

💬 Direct access to your lactation consultant. Ask her anything and she’ll answer you personally, Mon - Fri

⚖️ Birth weight and weight gain worries, with actual guidance, not guesswork

🍼 Feeding, formula, combination — all welcome, zero judgement

🚨 Emergency guidance pinned so it’s there when you need it most

👥 Community of mums in the group who get it, active around the clock

80% of UK mums stop breastfeeding before they wanted to. The most common reason: not enough accessible, expert support.
Milk & Mama exists to change that.

Deirdre Hefferon, IBCLC & Registered Nurse

Deirdre has supported hundreds of families through every feeding challenge. In NHS wards, in homes, and now in your WhatsApp.

Deirdre is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse whose passion for feeding support began when she became a Breastfeeding Peer Support Volunteer after her first child. After 17 years as an Emergency Nurse in London, she qualified as a Lactation Consultant and now works in an NHS Infant Feeding Specialist role, supporting families antenatally and postnatally. As a mother of two, she knows first hand how rewarding breastfeeding can be — and how hard it can be too.

Deirdre is in your group Monday to Friday, answering your questions directly.

🔒 If you don't gain real value from the group in your first 30 days, we'll refund you in full.

  • If you’re not completely happy in your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full. Just let us know.

After that, cancel any time before your next billing date. Just email us and we'll take care of it - hello@milkandmama.co

  • We hold a small number of sponsored places in each cohort for mums who genuinely need them. Email hello@milkandmama.co.uk if that's you.

Come to the workshop first.

‘Fed with Confidence’ is a free one-hour live session covering everything most mums wish they'd known before their baby arrived. The most common feeding struggles, the questions nobody answers properly, and a live Q&A so you can ask exactly what's on your mind.

Bring your partner. Seriously. The more they understand, the easier this gets for both of you.

Spaces are limited and they go fast.

📣 Free to attend. No card required.
